Where Are We Nowadays In 21st Century Business??

Have your ever heard of this familiar stories by the author of your parent, grandparent, teachers, professors or maybe your bosses by telling you that you have to go to school to STUDY HARD so that you can get a good result in yours degree so that you can find a "good jobs" & WORK HARD on it in order for you to get promoted!!! After all you can afford for a house & car & get married & retired in the age of 45 & enjoy life with your family." Well, if let say this story is being transfer to your next generation, here is my question :" How can your enjoy with yours family member if your next generation had have to retired at the age of 45 & by the times how old are you??" Well it is nothing wrong with having a "good jobs" but the problem is if we would have to STUDY HARD & then WORK HARD just to achieve our retirement at age of 45. To be honest, end of the days we will only find our life SO HARD!!! If you the young generation nowadays, you would know that it so HARD for you to achieve your retirement in the age of 45 or even in 50!!! WHY?? Simple because the inflation is like a skyrocket nowadays, the jobs market is so competitive, the economy is so bad, and the best part of all this is most of the people are listening to the same familiar stories & applying it!!! Now pay your attention to the New Revolution Story that your parent or teachers never share with you before. For your information, what those so call "familiar stories" concept is very useful & applicable before the New Revolution Story kicked-in, and what our parent & teachers told us is nothing wrong but out-dated concept because most of our parent & teachers are born in the " Industrial Ages Generation." What is industrial age all about?? During the industrial age, there is full of factories that need more man-power to run the operations works due to the lack of technologies development, jobs market is on demand, government policy & retirement plan is being implement, baby boomer generation, education on jobs security & compensation benefit idea & there is where our parent & teachers from....Until the internet kick-in & new advance technologies development are much more faster than before. Our lovely industrial age story were slowly move into the New Revolution Story - The Information Age. This year 2013, we call it the 21st century world, we are in a rapidly development world, fast internet access and information sharing, easy reachable & contacted everywhere!!! Wah, sound very fascinating right?? But sad to say that most of the people are still applying the industrial age mindset to join the information age. There is a new ratio of those people who still in industrial age mindset without any realization - 90/10 rules instead of 80/20 rules.( If you had have heard of) So what is the different between the industrial age mindset & information age mindset?? While I recall back to those days when I was doing my telemarketing for my business opportunities sharing, I realize that most of the people would like to ask the same questions like what kind of business model, what is the product or what is the services...& than they will start analyzing or imaging on how big is the market by themselves. After all most of them will say "NO" instead of "YES" to the sharing. Well in fact most of us did the same thing of it by justify with our own imagination instead why no take a look on it. So what your business opportunities concept would be?? I bet you must heard of this story that two sales-persons are going to promote their shoes for those people who lives in a desert area. The 1st sales-person was retreat from it because his start to imaging & analyzing by his own fear that this is a very bad market for shoes but the second sales-person was so excited about it because his start to have a very good idea on how to promoting the shoes for those people who lives in the desert. Every times when this story kick-in, its remind me of my 6-Months Zero Sales while I was in photocopy machine industrial. I was trying so hard working on just to break my 1st EGG for sales during the 6-month period but still I failed...every morning before 9a.m I had left the office & start doing my canvassing(door-to-door knock) while my other colleague was still hanging in the office. I only will take an hours rest during 12pm to 1pm (lunch time) & than start my canvassing again at 1:10pm until 6pm than only I will finish my canvassing & back to office to do my paper work...well thanks to my 6-month zero sales experiences because I truly learned from it that work hard is no longer a keys to success but work smarts does. So I start to think & question myself if I was a customer or a boss, why would I like to buy from you?? Why would I like to give you a chances?? So I start to generates some of my own idea on how to promote my photocopy sales. True enough the month of 7th, I closed my 1st sales by using the idea that I had generated. The main key in my idea is how to become a closer friends with my prospects instead of being customers - TRUSTS!!! So if you asked me what is business opportunities all about, I would like share my concepts as below shown :

In this world, there is no such things as perfect business model, product or services but there is only good idea or good marketing strategies on how to promote the business. If nowadays you are still searching for the best in the world & I dare to bet that end of the day you will get yourself the worst in the world because you are wasting your most valuable assets - TIME. There is a saying which I love to share:" Opportunities is only ready for those who had ready for." The No.1 Key Of Successful - How To Set A Goal

If you asked most of the successful people what is their 1st key to achieve successful story, the very common answer that they will share with you is Set Your Own Goal!!! So how to set a goal & before we really go into how to set a goal, what we have to understand is the very basic fundamental question of ourselves on Why To Set A Goal?? Why we need to know what is the purpose of setting a goal because I do believes in knowing the reasons of why doing so is much more powerful than doing it without any purpose. If you know why you need to set a goal than the very 1st thing to do is to congratulation to yourself 1st because you realize that is something you need to achieve or change it!!! By knowing the reasons of why it does help you to understand more & have a better picture of seting a goal. Whenever you have a better picture of your goal, always write it down and if possible put it on the wall or mirror or any place that everyday you will able to see. Reasons of doing it is to turn this goal as part of your daily habit. Anyway today what I'm going to share here is on How to set a Goal. Likewise most of us know how to write down a goal or target but why still 80% of the people fail to achieve their goal?? I personally had failed to achieve my goal for a several times no doubt I have had write down my goal & paste it on the wall itself, but the lucky thing is I never give up of those failure. In fact I did a study on why I fail & why other people failed as well and the very crucial reasons of why people fail to achieve their goal is because they don't know why they need to set a goal. In any other way is people fail to follow their goal is because they do it without a Commitment of WHY!!! Setting a goal is just easy like writing down ABC or 123....but in order for us to understand why we need to learn ABC or 123 is all about the commitment of Why. Let put it in a simple way, in order for a kid to learn ABC or 123 more effectiveness or faster, we need to let the kids know what is ABC or 123 all about!! The basic fundamental of learning ABC or 123 is for you to learn how to write or read in ABC & doing calculation by using 123. Whenever the kids know the reasons of why learning so, they will get excited & motivated to master it regardless of whatever effort or time they going to put in. So in order for us to success on how to set a goal & achieve it, 1st we need to know is the commitment of why!!! The Commitment of why will always lead us to the ACTION step!!! Taking action is the most crucial part to achieve our goal regardless of what. You might learn before about How To Set A Goal fundamental or model which is great for you but if you still no yet reach your goal nowadays, it is time to ask yourself what is the commitment of Why?? Below is the Goal Setting Model that created by me & I use it nowadays to reach my Goal:

3. How Long To Achieve It
4. The Commitment Of Why = Action   

Always know what is your goal & make the goal as part of your daily habit. Most of the people failed to reach their goal is because they are lost & they don't even plan what is the next step to do in order to get to their goal, so always have a brief idea or plan on what is the next you are planing to do. Always set a time period for you to reach your plan or goal because this help you to understand what going wrong if you fail to reach your goal at the time you set on. The last part is the commitment of Why = Action!!! One of my mentor told me about this :" You can have the best business model, the best product or the best services in the world but if you don't know how to promote or market it...you are GAME OVER!!!"
